These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OAccess, a software interface operated by Aditus Labs Inc. ("Aditus", "we", "us"), available at oaccess.link and related surfaces (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OAccess is a non-custodial software interface that helps you initiate the purchase of onchain digital assets using traditional currency. OAccess coordinates between licensed third-party providers to facilitate a purchase you direct.
Aditus is a software provider only. Aditus does not hold, custody, or control your funds; does not hold or control your private keys; does not process payments; does not execute trades as principal; and does not operate a money services business, exchange, broker-dealer, or money transmitter. Payment processing, identity verification (KYC/AML), and the regulated sale of assets are performed by licensed third-party providers. Onchain settlement is performed by non-custodial third-party protocols. Assets are delivered to a digital wallet you control.
The Service relies on independent third parties, including but not limited to:
MoonPay — a licensed fiat-to-crypto payment provider that processes your payment, performs identity verification (KYC/AML), and sells or delivers digital assets. Your use of MoonPay's services is governed by MoonPay's own terms and privacy policy.
Relay Protocol — a non-custodial protocol used to route and settle certain transactions onchain to your wallet.
Aditus does not control, and is not responsible for, the services, terms, pricing, availability, or actions of these third parties. Your relationship with each provider is governed by that provider's own agreements, which you must review and accept directly with them.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to persons in prohibited jurisdictions [COUNSEL TO POPULATE], or to any person subject to applicable sanctions. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including tax laws. Eligibility to transact is ultimately determined by our licensed providers' own verification and geographic restrictions.
Digital assets are highly volatile and carry significant risk, including the risk of total loss. Aditus does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Token screening, where provided, is an automated, best-effort technical assessment and is not a guarantee of safety, value, legitimacy, or future performance. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for evaluating any asset before acquiring it. Onchain transactions are generally irreversible.
You are responsible for providing a valid digital wallet address that you control and for the security of that wallet and its keys. Aditus cannot recover assets sent to an incorrect address you provide, and cannot reverse onchain transactions. Where a transaction cannot be completed after payment, settlement may result in a digital asset being delivered to your designated address rather than a return of funds to your payment method. Applicable fees are disclosed to you before you confirm a transaction. Aditus's revenue is derived from a markup configured through its licensed payment partner. Third-party providers may charge their own fees, disclosed at the point of payment.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or the acquisition of assets in violation of applicable law; not to circumvent any geographic or identity restriction; and not to interfere with, attack, or misuse the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any asset will be available, deliverable, or as described.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aditus and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of assets, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service or the actions of any third-party provider. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aditus from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
